DEC Hunter Education (Optional Session)

This session is an Optional Session held in conjunction with the Saturday, June 19th DEC Hunter Education Gun Course.  Those interested in attending the Saturday Course, should register for that event on the DEC website (https://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/7860.html).  Scroll down to the course details, click on Hunter Education, then select the June 19th course at Guan Ho Ha.

There is a "homework" requirement for this course.  While on the DEC website, download the Student Manual, AND Homework Sheets.  Complete the homework sheets, and bring them to either the Friday optional session, or the Saturday session. The completed homework is your entrance pass to the course.

Students, under the age of 16, are requested to bring a parent, and/or the individual, who they will be hunting with, to the course, preferably both sessions.
