NYS DEC Hunter Education Gun Course

All, who wish to attend this course, will be required to register at the following link:  https://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/7860.html.

DO NOT REGISTER FOR THE "ONLINE COURSE".  SCROLL DOWN ON THE LINK PAGE AND CLICK ON "HUNTER EDUCATION".  TYPE IN ZIPCODE "12302" AND REGISTER FOR THIS COURSE. THIS IS A FREE COURSE.

PLEASE NOTE:  There will be an "OPTIONAL" PRE-COURSE ON FRIDAY, JUNE 18TH, STARTING AT 6PM.  IT WILL RUN FROM 6PM THRU 9;30PM.

FOR THE "OPTIONAL" FRIDAY COURSE, ATTENDEES ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR "HOMEWORK" SHEETS, A PEN OR PENCIL, AND NOTE PAPER.

The Saturday portion of this course will be a "hands on" course, with an emphasis on the skills required to start you on your path to becoming a safe, ethical, and responsible hunter.
